Germinal Biotech Pte. Ltd. was founded in Singapore in 2022. We work on the early part of the biologics pipeline — the stretch between having a target and having something you can make a decision about.

In practice that means antibody discovery and engineering, recombinant protein expression, biophysical and functional characterization, and the engineered cell lines those assays depend on. Some clients use all of it as a continuous campaign. Many use one piece.

A local laboratory means no time-zone friction, no import headaches, and no cross-border sample or data transfer to negotiate. We are connected across Singapore's research hospitals, universities and biotech ecosystem, with ties to institutions across Southeast Asia.

We contribute to study design, platform selection and data interpretation rather than executing a protocol and returning a file. If we think the approach is wrong, we will say so before quoting rather than after invoicing.
